First stop goeags.com for their post game report on the Eagles win over Northern Kentucky, while you are there, be sure to check out this post on "Hoosier Buster" Drew Brandon earning Big Sky Player of the Week honors and this one on Tyler Harvey who earned the nod as the first Big Sky Conference Player of the Week this season.

Head over to the Easterneronline.com and check out their recap of the Eagle's historic win over Indiana.

KREM 2 lists an EWU Hoops on the rise as one of the many things Spokane sports fans should be thankful for this year.

Midmajormadness.com, says the Eagles have claimed leader status of the Big Sky Conference with their impressive start.  They also point out that Eastern is one of the teams receiving votes for their Mid Major Madness Power 15 poll.  Tyler Harvey is listed as one of the Top Mid Major 3 point shooters to keep an eye on this year and then there is the Top Mid Major Big Men to watch, featuring Weber State's Joel Bolomboy.

Of course that made me wonder how much separates Bolomboy from Eastern's own star forward Venky Jois, so I investigated and found out, they are both really good.  Also in case you missed it, be sure to check out our recap of the Eagles win over NKU, and the first two EWU Eagle Eye Player of the Week winners: Week 1 Drew Brandon and Week 2 Venky Jois.
