Good Morning Eagles Fans, its been a busy weekend both the Eagles and for myself, but that gives us plenty to read this morning as the rest of the sports world focuses in on the Superbowl.

As always head over to our community links doc here http://bit.ly/y1T5Uf to share what you’ve been reading, writing, blogging or even podcasting about the Eagles.

Links follow the break!

Jon over at bigskybball.com tells us about Damian Lillard’s dominance, then goes on to remind us that Kenny McGowen is someone we don’t want to see with the ball in his hands and the game on the line.  He also provides a nice wrap up of Thursday night’s action.  Be sure to check out the rest of his articles as they are always worth a read.

espnnorthwest.com has this recap of the Eastern Women’s team winning their 5th straight victory as they now trail Idaho State for top seed in the conference by only one game.  The teams meet twice in the final 8 days of the season which should make for some very exciting basketball.

Jessica at the Spokesman Review offers this round up of the area women’s teams recent successes.  Jim offers this look “ahead” to last night’s EWU men’s game.

Check out goeags.com for their wrap up of Thursday’s victory and last nights failed comeback attempt.

That’s all I’ve got for now, but I have a busy morning of write ups for the blog planned and should be able to get several things posted so check back often for recaps of this week’s games, perhaps a player profile or two and something altogether new here at ewueagleeye.com
