Senior Forward 6’7” 205lbs

All week the Eagles relied on “Big Cliff” to keep their hopes alive and all week he delivered.  Back to back double doubles and a two game stat line that fails to reflect how dominant he played: 26 points, 31 rebounds, 12 assists, 4 steals, 2 blocks in 35 minutes per game.

Cliff’s presence inside and ability to shut down opposing big men while staying out of foul trouble (4 personal fouls combined in the last two games) allows Coach Hayford flexibility to deal with foul trouble and other issues which kept the other Eagle’s forwards off the court.

Against Northern Arizona Ederaine’s presence inside directly contributed to both NAU’s big men fouling out in back to back plays in the second half as he drew 6 personal fouls.  That moment turned the tide as the Eagles were able to roll from their to a big win.

In a losing effort last night Big Cliff reeled in game highs in offensive rebounds (7) and all rebounds (18).  No one else, on either side, had more than 2 offensive rebounds or more than 9 rebounds overall.  Ederaine used his opportunities well dishing out 6 assists and scoring 15 points as the Eagles fought their way back from a 19 point deficit to come within 2 points with less than 10 seconds to go.
