Montana State Bobcats @ Eastern Washington Eagles Halftime Report

The first half was a bit of a see-saw the Eagles came out a little off and were getting killed in transition.  Coach Hayford called a timeout and suddenly the Eagles turned around and went on an 18-3 run to seize the lead.  They were led by great efforts from Laron Griffin and Cliff Ederaine who both had multiple rebounds and multiple points.  Parker Kelly made solid contributions from the bench with 8 points, on 2 of 3 from the three point line and 2 of 2 free throws.  Jordan Hickert also came up with a big block and the Eagles controlled the offensive boards.  The Eagles really came out of that first time out attacking the paint and that effort caused drew a lot of fouls and opened a lot of 3 point looks for the Eagles.

Look for the Eagles to continue attacking the paint and slow things down a bit in the offense while working on matching that effort on the defensive side of the ball.
